my point is, we should not base it on qualitative measurement. there are many apps to prove it.

pwede ko namang sabihing parang mabilis ang dial up if i feel so and i want to.

ganun po ba hehe. sa Psiphon sir makikita mo rin namn per second kung mabilis ba talga. may status rin po dun. kaya dun ko rin nasabi na mabilis rin talga. hehe
pero anyway sir tama ka rin namn
