Once your on the account.
1.go to the facebook settings
2.Click Your Facebook Information
3.Then click Download your information
4.Click create file
5.Then wait some times because facebook is comprissing the account data. But It takes times depends on the account activies
6. Click available copies beside the Request COpy
7.Downlaod the data then delete the notification of the request data. Then delete the rest of the tracks.
Moral of the story: don't give your facebook password to anyone. Since they can just download every movements or deleted messages or private pictures or etc. On your facebook account lol
