di ko gets... parang ang dating eh pag isa sa inyo ay weak then lahat kayo ay weak... parang ansarap ombagin ng team leader pag ganyan, parang sya lang ang magalingor mas malamang na patama yan mismo sa team leader... kahit pa gaano kagaling ang team pag may isang bulilyaso reflect yun kay team leader, kawawa naman si team leader pag ganun
on the contrary. pinapakita lang nitong kasabihan na to na we need to work together. kung di gagawin ng member yung role niya babagsak ang team.
It is never to undermine the capabilities of its member more so na dapat we work together kung meron problema puwede magtanong.

imagine the two of us as the team leader of an opposing team, your team will never be superior to mine and mine to yours so every now and then my team will fall behind your team and at times your team will be behind mine
and everytime we do both of us will be telling bullsh*t to our repective teams as if naman our teams exists to blast away each other... are you getting me son? that's what I hate about that so called competition and that's what I hate about that "quote"

I'm not saying na you will treat your team as crappy as it is kung nagkamali. What I want to see is for my team member to accept na me pagkakamali and to improve moving forward.
Para sa kin you are your own competition. Wala ang competition if you can always be a step ahead of them. kaya you always improve! Do better.

it's like we're opening a box one at a time, sometimes we will get the pandaro's box, maybe a box of surprises good or bad... a box of worms perhaps
I haven't seen anyone na paulit-ulit ang mali as I believe people learn, supported na rin dun sa sinasabi mo the change.... pwera na lang kung sinasadya na magkamali, dito sa forum marami ang ganyan
kung meron 10 man team each one of them is bound to make mistake one way or another, if ever all mistakes befalls to one man alone then I believe di rin nya kasalanan yun, perhaps his TL is expecting something he cannot deliver instead of exploiting that man's strength or maybe hindi alam nung TL na yun kung ano forte nung madalas magkamali, ibig sabihin hindi nya kilala yung tao kaya di nya alam which direction to push
but either way, if a weak link in the chain exposes itself then kelangan yun ma-strenghten whatever means possible

[XX='ravage, c: 1199821, m: 4'][/XX] I cannot agree more. speaking from experience lang ako about dun sa nagkakamali. I know madami din pag kukulang ang company ko and yung tinutukoy ko na team members eh di ko pa hawak. kaya mas mahirap for me.
I know what my customer wants kung ako lang ang magbibigay wala sana problem pero madalas they want to know kung alam ng members ko. dun ako frustrated. alam na ng members ko ang mga hinihinge ng customer pero madalas mediocre ang mga gawa nila. kung kaya mo na gawin ng tama ngayon bakit di mo pa gawin. kelangan pa madalas mapuna ng customer bago aayusin. hehehe.
