Hello. I agree with the comment above. However, If you are not sure if you understood the computation correctly, just post here. Based from experience, many people get the procedure wrong. I hope you get it right.

BTW the additional fees like environmental fee, service fee, etc. varies depending on the water distributor.

I'm not sure if in the water zone you're in the rates were priced expensive like that... but in my zone that is considered expensive for residential use. That price range is near the schedule (a little higher) for semi-business consumers.

Another thing, have you tried looking at schedules of water rates? The price for the second 10 cubic meters consumed should be higher, say Php 55, then Php 60 for the next 10 cubic meters and so on and so forth until you reach a limit say over 200 cubic meters, that is where the rate will be constant.
