  • [ SETUP ]
    • On the TV Bro, go to AniMixPlay and login your account
    • Navigate to the User Profile page and bookmark it. (This will allow you easily get back to your recent watched anime easily.)
  • [ NOTE ]
    • With this setup you can't use MAL or Anilist to sync across multi-device however the built-in tracker of AniMixPlay is excellent.
      
      
• [ TRIED AND UNINSTALLED]
  • FireAnime - Native support for Android TV, you can play anime with this however the UI is horrible in my opinion plus it always asks for "Unknown Install Source" which allow FireAnime to install APKs on your device. It asks this permission to allow it to be able to download an update of the app and update it within FireAnime upon prompt. However, I don't like this behavior as I prefer downloading the APK myself and sideload it whenever I want.
  • AnimeGlare - Native support for Android TV, sadly the app keeps lagging thus you can't play anything.
  • TaiYaki - Doesn't support Android TV natively, screen size is stuck on Android size.
  • AnimeCast - Native support for Android TV, sadly the UI is bad wherein images are stretched out, and it has ads within the app.
