Are you trying to open/load an existing Windows DVD Maker project file?
Dapat po ang extension nung project file na bubuksan mo is .msdvd (e.g. XXXXXX.msdvd, XXXXXX = file name).
Based po sa 2nd screenshot, you are loading the file "Google Chrome.lnk" which is a file that obviously does not have the .msdvd extension (and is not recognized by Windows DVD Maker) hence the error message.
