I just want to know guys if UDEMY Certificate is being honored here in PH? if ever you apply for a job?
Or is it plainly earning an skill for the sake of self development?

Whether it not it's honored doesn't matter as much as if you're confident in what you learned in the course and if it's related to the job your applying for. If it's yes to both, then go ahead and mention it in your CV. Bear in mind that either way, it's only to be considered as an enhancer to your CV. It definitely won't be the deciding factor on whether you get the job or not. Hope that helps
