Yep! I was about to create a thread about this. BUT, even though in speedtest in can kick the full blown speed, when I tried to download file, it's still throttled @5Mbps max.

I see now.. Sa speedtest lang bypassed ung throttling BUT sa fast.com

Scam yan, sa speedtest lang siya magpapakita ng kalakasan. Pero in real, nagcacap siya talaga siya sa 5mbps. Try magdownload at hindi talaga lalampas sa 5mbps.

link ng config sur? or kahit yung thread nlng. gusto ko rin ma bypas kahit hanggang 9-10mbps lng. bagal ng dl speed sa 5mb.
