1. mount windows 7 image
2. run cmd as admin
3. type Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source: D :\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

Take note the drive letter of the windows 7 image; change the drive letter below if is not drive D
/Source: D :\
