Pag activate ko walang internet grabe maayos naman signal ng modem sadyang walng internet kahit may 30gb pa kakabili ko lang, nagsayang lang ako ng 300pesos chz

Ive already tried bunch of things like restart, apn reset, etc. Wala parin, sa shopee ako bumili i just want to share this kasi baka may same case ko rin and i dont think na maayos pa napaka walanh kwenta ng customer service nila pati sa shopee no luck. Bwiset.

UPDATE: so ayon po i tried to reach the gomo's fb, and ig page, no luck and shopee rin wala rin, fortunately they responded to me on Twitter and ayon naayos na po ngayon lang, so kung may mga problems about kay GOMO best way to solve is ichat sila sa twtr

Hindi siguro kasi naactivate ko pa e may laman sya wala lang internet

nagloloko ung 4g network nila bro... tip ko lang gawin mo pong 3g ung connection mo po mas stable sya dun sa ngaun kesa sa 4g

Bakit di mo muna gamitin sa cellphone ang sim? Kasi diba intended naman talaga sa phone ang sim nayan , hindi sa modem?

Ginamit ko na po sa phone wala parin 2 phone na yung ginagmit ko wala parin

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check muna if working yung Globe 4G sa area mo.

2. Change APN to "gomo.ph" or "You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.".

3. Wait 24 hours since there's a chance na delayed yung activation ng data.

4. Change connection to 3G.

5. Make sure na "Connected" nakalagay sa modem. Then try to open the Gomo App while connected sa Wifi ng modem.

If pwede mag open ng Gomo App using yung Wifi ng Modem then there's a problem sa Gomo, if di maopen yung Gomo App, then there's a problem sa Setup mo or sa Cell Site ng Area mo.

Ako po sa Lazada bumili, yon 30gb na no expiration..Pagka activate ko okay naman mayroon syang data at nakakapag browse at you tube ako..
