Follow the requirements, after downloading the latest UltraSurf install it to your PC. Plug you Smartbro or use your Smartphone by sharing you hotspot or USB tethering Connection. Run the UltaSurf then Change its Port to (9050). Wait a minute until its Connected. There you go... Enjoy your Free internet Using UltraSurf.

If you are Using IDM just change the address and the port in the Proxie settings..

Since 2002, talagang mabisa na itong si U-Surf sa network tricks. Di ko akalain na magiging daan sa free net ito kalaunan.
Sa experience ko sa ngayon (Luzon area), sa Trams prepaid/TNT at globiboTM siya working sa free net zero load - mabagal lang talaga kaya for emergency use. Case to case basis siguro ang speed and connection, dahil merong iba ok at sa iba naman ay hindi. Pero nakakatulong talaga kung gagamitan ng hosts trick, konting load at ihalo sa working bug tricks.
