sim1 ko is 10. ang ip, kapag ba sinet ko sa sim2 yung mobile data at binalik ko ulit sa sim1 yung data 10. pa rin ba ip ko?

Your Phone's IP- its not linked either to SIM card not to IMEI.

Its linked to your service provider and generally dynamic in nature. The moment you connect to internet your ISP/ service provider will assign you an ip. (it may ve provided by the mobile sim company or may be the router configuration if connected via wifi).

And sa TANONG mo po is No!

IP address belong to neither SIM card nor IMEI number.
IP address allocate dynamically by operator service provider (GGSN in case of 2G/3G & PGW in case of 4G) & stored in Mobile till data session active just like our computer get ip when connected to LAN/Wi-fi network
