i tried downloading the 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐬 and also kaspersky. then i also tried easeus,recuva, shadow explorer for file recovery.. after trying all that my files can't still open. once you open the excel or word docs a message will prompted na corrupted siya. when you click the yes / ok button, ang lalabas lang sa worksheet/spreadsheet puro symbols.
sadly lang din kasi yung back up files ko sa hard drive. corrupted din.
Is there any possibilty kya na maretrieve pa yung mga files. thanks

try cryptowall remover just download it in google at the other is about bitcoin im not sure for that but cryptowall remover will help you

Bitcoin? di ba it need payment pa pag sa bitcoin.. i tried it also meron siyang free pero 1 docs/files lang ang pwede.although nakapgretirieve ako isang document lang,the rest is you need to pay for it na.
