I have availed a software hosted in cloud. Unfortunately, given na sobrang bagal to the point na madalas nawawalan ng net sa tin, is there a way na magamit ko ung software kung offline then whatever mainput nauupdate naman once na online na? Possible kaya un?

O baka may turn around para makapaginput ng mga data offline?

I think it's impossible to use cloud based/hosted software, kasi the word CLOUD means you need internet connection to use your software,
