1. Is your iTunes updated/latest version?
2. Is your iPhone cable original/genuine? Try also using a different iPhone cable (but it must still be original/genuine).
3. Try the other USB ports of your computer. Or try restoring on another/different computer.
4. Put your iPhone into DFU mode then perform the restore.
5. Try to restore using 3uTools.
