If you're a minor/student from 7-17 years old, you are qualified for an account upgrade.
You need to submit the following documents:

1. Primary ID. Acceptable IDs are as follows:

• School ID (Issued within the current school year and signed by the school principal or head of the educational institution)
• Driver's License
• Passport
• UMID
• SSS ID (digitized, with photo)
• PRC License
• Postal ID (issued 2015 onwards)

2. Your parent's/guardian's valid IDs (also based on the list of accepted primary IDs),
3. Signed parental consent form,
4. A copy of your Birth Certificate, and
5. Proof of legal guardianship (if applicable).

However, if you’re above 18 years old, you will need to follow the regular upgrade requirements (1 primary ID)
