You mean sa windows na? Try mo iplug sa ibang USB port, especially sa Black na USB port. Wag sa Blue.

You mean ba sa pag foformat yan? If yes, make sure yung OS installer mo is supported ang USB 3.0/3.1 drivers.

make sure na maayos paka install ng Windows OS mo and Drivers na din para sa keyboard... try to update chipset drivers na din ng motherboard. Update BIOS is highly recommended
