pamigay mo lahat ng pagkain nyo sa bahay. tira ka lang ng kanin at sili. after 2 weeks no workout malaki na bababa timbang mo
 
Fasting at paginom ng may kasamang bawang.. dikdikin mo lang yung bawang at ilagay sa mainit o maligamgam na tubig kung mahilig kang uminom ng kape yan na muna ipalit mo sa loob ng isang linggo mapapansin mo na ang resulta.
