lahat ginawa ko na lahat:

*format (disk management)
*delete volume (disk management)
*delete partition (disk management)
*clean (via CMD diskpart)
*delete partition and volume (via CMD)
USING APPLICATION
*Minitool partition
*AOMEI Partition asst.
*active partion Mngr.
*EaseUS partition
* paragon partion tool

at kung ano ano pa any suggestion or recommendation na pwede ko pa gawin para format

Yes sir. Nakalimutan ko lang yung error pero yung pag kakaalala ko may nakalagay na ibang OS kaya ayaw nya maintsall

Papatungan ko sana ng other os tapos delete windows old.

Sira na yan boss, damage na yun WRITE nyan.. parang sd card lang na kahit anong gawin format bumabalik yun laman. Ganon sira nyan boss stuck sa READ only. Kasi kung hindi sira yan mafoformat yan gamit 3rd party software.

May 75 TBW ang Patriot Burst 120GB (not elite). Kaya naitanong ko. Pero more or less defective na yung SSD. It can be because of heat, max TBW, physical damage katulad ng overcurrent and some other factors na hindi ko na matandaan. If you're looking for some replacement, buy Samsung Evo 860 or later. Sakto lang yung presyo para sa replacement at sa tibay. Hope makatulong.

Ahhhh. Kung ma format pa into RAW or update the firmware ng SSD baka may chance. Pero kung hindi, sira na talaga.
