You Don't need to restart your PC just Open your Bluestack and then observe your app if anythings wrong about what app you Installed , just make sure your RIG/PC are Clean no Malware and virus

Baka hindi na suportado ang 32bit sa bluestack try mo 64bit yan mas madami feautures na x64

kaso ung windows 10 ko, Free update lang un eh.. hindi ko alam kung panu gawing 64
