bakit po pala yung agile is sinasabi na lack of emphasis?

Lack of emphasis I think kasi minsan yung mga processes kulang pala. Since, progressive as they say before commiting sa end result ng processes may mga kulang pala. Especially when communication sa Plannig is incomplete together with Documentation.
