(TMP)—to no surprise—still managed to remain on top. The company has just announced that it has officially bagged its 19th consecutive Triple Crown victory.
TMP led the industry in nine key segments and ended the year as the number one in passenger car, commercial vehicle, and overall sales. The carmaker boasted a 41.3% market share in 2020.

Yet, we were able to achieve a record-setting 41.3% market share last year." said company chairman Alfred Ty during the recent TMP Dealership Convention. "We emerged from 2020 with many new learnings, reflections, and green shoots that we can nurture towards our sustainable growth in 2021 and beyond."
"We have proven ourselves that despite any challenge mankind can experience, we can successfully get through it as one team. The next step is how we can accelerate forward and lead the market towards full recovery," added TMP president Atsuhiro Okamoto. "Let us remain adaptive and continue to stay ahead to provide mobility and produce happiness for all."
