🔒 Closed PORTS (COM&LPT) NOT WORKING

Hi, PHcorner community!

Ask ko lang if may nakaka alam po ba paano ayusin to?
I have tried all the TUT on youtube pero ayaw pa rin. Already installed updates na din.
Laptop : Acer ASpire 5
PRODUCT MODEL: A515-53G-59JC

ps. di ko alam san makikita yung device documentation to get the configuration para sa resources. Already contacted Acer but they still hasn't reponded yet.
Sana po may makatulong ..

wala kang babaguhin dun sa mga naka set na value
