❓ Help Anong feeling ng may ka-MU? Any advice?

So ayun, may ka-MU ako ngayon and it started last week lang. I confessed to her and she said she wasn't ready for a relationship pero she said that she like me too and she just wanna take things slowly. And thus, meron akong ka-MU. In this kind of set up, ano ba yung mga do's and dont's ninyo in your own opinion?
