B310 938 help. Cant install firmware hdlc mode

Help guys base sa pic hindi po sya nag install wala po as in dead po pero na dedetect pa naman ng laptop marami na po ako na testing na mga firmware na mga version a pero wala pa rin po. Hanggang sa version b same pa rin result. Sana matulungan nyo ko guys mapapagalitan ako ng papa ko huhu.
Version a po ang modem na yan. Naka lagay sa likod ng board.

Ok na po sir. Walang ibang girmware po talaga na gumana nag hanap ako dito yong password ng zip ay !grome@64
Hindi po yong number ang pass at hindi rin po jhowel . Hay salamat po

boss pwede maka hingi ng file same issue sakin ayaw bumana nung ver a. no response from hdlc mode.. at tsaka po di umiilaw yung led light pero na dedetect ang modem.
