wow naisu, ako naman first take on cooking sisig, so i don't know any way to cook it so i just sauted it with garlic and onions then add magic ingredients, mixed some eggs on low heat after its almost cooked, and dab a lil bit of mayo on the side. Never thought it would taste the same on one of my fave drinking bars.
