🔒 Closed Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot Error

Yes i searched sa PH Corner. Youtube. Google. Tried everything i could but ******* ayaw talaga gumana ng mobile hotspot please help.. im thinking about downgrading my os kaso may hotspot kaya sa windows 7? Also hindi ako makagawa ng bagong partition idk why.
