The third link, which is supposed to be available for all, will be cancelled. Instead, I will reduce the post requirement of the normal link from 10 to 5 posts only. The reason behind this decision is that I am scared of what might occur if I continue that decision. The previous incident might happen again and I don't want that to happen.
