It's probably from a Xtreme Codes panel. If you see channels that look like this:

That's from Xtreme codes. ZVS6fRhxIs is the username QhxN6r9Y50 is the password. That's somebody's ρáíd iptv account that got häçked and posted to the internet You can check the max connections allowed by looking in the panel API:
