Regarding the suggesting of stream link and giving of updated EPG, the points will only be given once if their link/EPG is approved. So I don't think it will be abuse. Regarding the 1000 points, I think there are users here like you who can be trusted. Regarding the actively participating, I am not really sure on how to do that.
