Ohhh! Now I see.. Never tried or hear of it but my best bet is in Bars like Why Not? Dumaguete or Find a Bugaw which is hard to find

You really need a person or close friends who really knows this kind of stuff. There is no really an open-prostitution or not that I know of in Dumaguete
