Pa help naman guys sa mga nakaka alam. Alin kaya sa 5 na to yung dapat buyer ang nag aayos at alin yung dapat developer? Sobrang hirap hagilapin ng developer namin hindi inaayos docs namin. Hindi lang po kami familiar sa mga docs na to, Thanks guys.

Yung number 1 & 3 lang paps cguro yung developer side the rest buyer na. Dapat kumpleto ang docs specially yang Transfer Certificate of Title from the developer. Mag hire kayo ng aayos nyan kc meron pa yan babayarang taxes once ma accomplished nyo yung deficiencies.. Not sure though, better consult sa nag deal ng lot na yan sa inyo para makapag usap kayo..
