Why sansat server is too laggy?

Very technical and kinda hard to explain but I will try . pìrâ†é IPTV services are usually taking channels from legit ones. To do this they need to decrypt the streams and remove the DRM. Sansat is taking the channels from Cignal play which uses Widevine DRM. These streams are in the DASH format. The video and audio are separate. Sansat's script is crappy and it doesn't have something in place to retry when the audio is missing. Also if a segment goes missing for some reason, doesn't download in time or fails to decrypt, it gets repeated. This happens over and over because they don't have a good connection or their server isn't powerful enough.
