Go to TV and press the -> key, as in right.

Now select all channels from TV channel groups

That should fix it.

actually i fixed it by going to options yung sa lower left then group "all channels" lumabas agad lahat. Salamat

Go to settings->add ons->my addons->pvr clients->iptv simple, open configure. Make sure cache m3u is unchecked.
