No. The Volume 18 songlist is only an "update" to the original songlist. If you want to get a complete songlist, you have to download all the older songlists.

The Volume 18 Update disc contains all the songs from the previous volumes as well.

I personally use ImgBurn since it's free (no licenses/serials required) and is very easy to use.

But you can also try other/similar image burning software (there are lots to choose from (like PowerISO, Ashampoo, Nero, etc.) and some are available/shared here on PHC as well.

Sir btw, nag try po ako mag extension sa usb.. pag type ko na po ung number like "47001" .. "no song" po naka lagay.. tama nman po ung format na nailagay ko sinunod ko lang sa yt.. baka may Idea ka po sir..

Go to your nearest mall and look in PC shops or school/office supplies shops. It can also be purchased online thru Lazada/Shopee/FB Marketplace.

Just make sure you get the DVD+R/RW variant.
