  • Diet(Eat 3 times a day. Don't skip or overfeed yourself)
  • Exercise (At least 30mins of workout)
  • Avoid unhealthy/Fatty foods (eg. Junk foods, Any fried foods, Pork/Meat and etc)
  • Don't drink soda.
  • Reduce Sugar Intakes.
  • Sleep 8 hours a day
  • Avoid Sitting most of the time.
 
Ako ang ginawa ko:
Morning: Gatas ung bearbrand swakpack (10pesos) tpos energen
Before matulog: gatas uli..

From 55kgs to 67kgs na ko..legit yan..tpos dagdag konti ng kanin
 
Nakadepende sir kung ano gusto mo kung clean o dirty ba. Kung ayaw mo striktong diet, go for dirty bulking. Fats nga lang karamihan pero bibigat ka talaga. Easy way nyan ay kain ka lang ng kain as long as na makuha mo yung calorie intake mo per day. Pero kung gusto mong clean at muscle mass, need mo iwasan mga junk food at kung ano pa mang unhealthy foods then sabay na dyan ang exercise. As long as na naka caloric surplus ka tataba ka. Try researching bout caloric deficit and surplus para mas malaman mo sir. Mahina kasi ako mag explain. GL
