❓ Help Tinawagan ako nung agent sa globe at home

ea upgrade daw yung plan ko from 5mbps(1299) to 20mbps(1499), possible ba hindi lang 1499 babayran ko next bill ko?sabi kasi ng gf ko malaki daw babayran pag mag aupgrade ng speed pero pldt yung sa kanya. Medyo busy kasi ako nung time tinawagan ako tas choppy pa yung line ko..sana may sumagot.

Don't get me wrong ts ah, pero ba't hindi mo tinanong kung may mga hidden charges ba yan? "How do my bill will increase/spikes?" "is that 1499 is a fix of payment?" "What should i do to prevent or avoid the additional charges?" "What if i want to pay only the fix payment 1499?" . I guess call them again and tanungin mo ulet po.
