After you download both apk and app data, install the apk and unzip the GTA-5-DATA-108.zip and copy/move the "com.rockstargames.gtasa" to Android -> Data.

Note* naka russian yung language text niya, sundin mo tong pic:

swipe to the right

click that icon gear (or settings icon)

swipe to the right again

click that message icon*

select that red circle

you're good to go!
