🔒 Closed MIIIW Keyboard and Mouse

Hello mga ka PHC!

I recently replaced my old defective keyboard and got myself a MIIIW Keyboard and Mouse (MWWK01) - after two weeks of using it biglang nagbli-bkink nalang ng green yung mouse, and it's not recognized by the computer. Both of them (kb and mouse) rely on using the same usb dongle.. okay naman yung keyboard but the mouse just blinks green. Wala siya nung red laser beam sa bottom portion.

Any advice on how to resync them?

Alam kong more than a year na itong post, pero tanong ko lang ts, nasolusyonan mo ba?
Same issue tayo. Bigla nalang di siya gumana

umay, wala din akong makitang solusyon kahit saan. I reached out to their customer support kasi di na pasok sa warranty pero after ako bigyan ng steps na di naman gumana, wala nang reply.

can we confirm kung may isa man lang sainyong nakaresolve neto?
