The only thing you do is trial and error only, use real number or private number use by apps (Don@t use on paypal the otp free online service numbers..). As you know the public numbers are frequent use by people on their fraudulent transaction and who knows the number you use on paypal is used by other people before you. In short maybe the number is already recorded by paypal .[/B][/B]
