dont buy any of those 2 both are trash if on a budget get a gigabyte p550b or cv650 for future proofing pero if may budget get apexgamming ag750m or ag850m gold 80+ this is the one i use currently wag tipirin ang psu.

mobo

hindi mo naman kelangan ung pcie lanes ng b550 wag na mag b450 ka nalang much cheaper get b450 tuf pro or msi b450 mortar max dont get any asrock b450 or aourus b450 dahil maraming issue at defect.

if you choose to get b550
if highend get msi mpg b550 or asus strix b550

for cheap option get the asrock b550m hdv msi b550 m pro if you can find one

gpu

get the better gtx 1650super or 1660 super

case fans

get the inplay ice tower rgb its cheap and very good to use

its my estimated price netong advice ko without any monitors . prices are adjusted higher and overestimated dahil pataas ng pataas price ng pc components.
b450 with gold psu 32-34k or with cheap bronze psu 29-30k
lowend b550 gold psu 39-40k with cheap psu 32-35k
highend b550 with gold psu 40-42k cheap psu 35-37k
