i mean yeah alam ko yan kaso pap ang problem is after kuna ma connect ang ethernet sa pc to router yung sa part na internet protocol version 4 na fill up ko na rin yun then diba dapat paps after nun dapat may internet na ako? kaso no internet parin ang lumalabas

i think boss no need na yung internet protocol as long as yung internet provider nyo is nag supply na ng data sa connection nyo.
1 You can try po pag ka connect mo sa device, restart your router.
2 Call your isp if my connectio na data yung wired connection nyo.
