This is my personal experience on this day.

SIM 1 (TM):

No promo, no balance load, used in Napsternet no load trick = Blocked SIM

SIM 2 (TM):

With ML10 promo, no load balance, used in Napsternet no load trick = Unblocked SIM

How about you, ka-PHC?

sa akin wala na, dedz sim. no signal. "your sim does not allow a connection to this network." nasobrahan siguro sa kakapanood, buti na lang hindi main yung sim.
