❓ Help PROLiNK PRS1241B ADSL2+ Wireless Modem/Router port forwarding is not working

I am trying to port forwarding the port 3306 but its really not working. Please help me or any suggestion. I tried to disable the firewall, add rules for inbound and outbound but its not working the port 3306 is still closed.
