hi its an algo v3. you may search on the web... i will try to retrieve the site. it was russian pero english naman ang usapan at ung tool online...

Unlock (V3): 20416562 connect via computer your modem open mo ung browser gui yan then makesure inserted other network sim them type mo yan code.
