Maraming Pros ang Custom rom + Custom kernel. Pero depende parin sa Specs at full capacity nung unit.

it all depends sa hardware specs ng phone na iinstall mo ng custom mod or kernel(eg. cherry mobile pwede sya pero may limitations esp. sa flare series na nabubulok ang kernel system)

experiences will be at the thread mismo nang dev. Just wanna remind you na if nag momodify ka always do a backup. Twrp will be good. For me dati makulikot ako sa mga phones ko dapat yung mismong rom compatible sa kernel na gagamitin mo para iwas bugs.
