I just want to know other perspectives . I want to know some new ideas. For me the most important thing public administration entail is trust. Sabi nga nila, you need to serve with utmost trust and humility when serving people.
The simple thinking is to serve the people but the hard way is to be fair on the people you close too or not. The best way is look for the vision and mission on your department then you can't go wrong on serving the people. Be mindful of the existence of corruption everywhere, whether you with them (The leecher) or good public servant .
