I don't know the source of these so-called satanic rules, but other than rule #7, these are just simply common courtesy/golden rule which has been generally observed and practiced in different cultures. A strong example is Japan. In addition, this is a good recipe for some authoritarian politically correct agenda and if the feelings of others are of much important than anything else. But still, thanks for sharing some common courtesy tips.

P.S. I apologize if I disobey rule #1 of the satanic rule as I find some of it cute and quite appropriate tips for some uncivilized beast-like creatures out there.
