I can vaguely understand what you're trying to say because of poor grammar. In short, you're saying that the rise of women is the reason why the society is decaying and so, the reason for groups hikikomori( is the right term not hikimori) and mgtow to exist. While the rise of women is the reason for toxic, separatist group mgtow, hikikomori does not specify that the cause is women.

And if you think that the current society is declining then I think It's better for you to have a slave or two that you can just beat an torture just like old times. It's bean tolerated by your god so why are you not doing it.
