Kung marunong ka mag assemble, better opt to buy parts dahil lugi ka dyan talaga. Baka may 3200G lang dyan (not GE) yon bilhin mong system unit.

for gamming no.
(prebuild pc's are shit and overpriced imo esp that thing for 17k and the psu is only 300w youll need to change it when you put a dedicated gpu in it.)
built in apu's are not that good for gamming well technically speaking you can play certain games in it but you wont enjoy it with that thing coz most of the games you need to put in the lowest settings inoder to run it in that thing and if it runs
youll have a constant problem of fps drops and youll just get an eye sore playing it

upgrade ur budget to 35-40k and buy a pc with a dedicated videocard
